Rafael 'Sapo' Natal will be fighting in the Ring of Combat this Friday for the belt. His training has been tough - Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, cross-training, etc - and he is really looking great. Jamal Patterson will be fighting on Saturday at the UWC Man O' War. His training has been intense as well, with Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, cross-training, etc - and he is looking tip top.
